MASwings Airline is a subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines. MASWings is Malaysia ’s first commuter airline that was officially launched on 1 October 2007. It provides travel services to Sarawak and Sabah by providing affordable air ticket fares, regular schedules to connect these two Malaysian Borneo States. With its link with Malaysia Airlines, MASwings is able to connect Sabah and Sarawak with the global network that this national airline already serviced.

MASwings boasts a fleet of four 68-passengers seat ATR 72-50 aircrafts and ten 19-passenger seat DHC-6 Twin Otter aircrafts. MASWings is now in the process of replacing their Twin Otter planes with newer model aircrafts to enhance their service.

MASwings has an online web check-in facility to most destinations which enables customers to check in through the internet within 24 hours to 90 minutes before their flight departure times.

MASwings also operates a charter service for domestic destinations to Sabah and Sarawak if there is a written request submitted 15 days before the proposed flight time, with a maximum capacity of 60 passengers for the ATR 72-50 flights and 19 passengers for the Twin Otter flights.
